We pay special attention to privacy of customers using our services and our co-operators.

We undertake to collect data in accordance with the Act on Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018, the Act on Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 and the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1-88, GDPR), hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’). That is why all information concerning the methods of using the data that you have entrusted us is presented below in the simplest way possible.

We collect and store data only for the purpose of functioning of the www.mikrofonika.net website.

  • Data submitted by users in the client’s panel in order to personalise and improve it, such as order evaluations, lists of favourite and avoided artists.

  • Data collected for technical reasons in order to maintain continuity, functioning and functionality of the service – the legal basis – Art. 6 item 1 let. f - which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

  • Data collected automatically by IT systems for statistical purposes, such as IP address, name of the website, type of the browser, type of the software etc. They may be used by the administrator to analyse the traffic on the website, personalise it and to improve its functioning.

  • Data collected by the so-called cookies in order to personalise content. Using the website without changing cookie settings means that they will be stored on the end device of the website user. You can change cookie setting of your browser at any time.

  • Data necessary to complete financial transactions, such as the agreed value of the order, method of settlement, payment methods, account number and address. They are collected in order to complete orders, and especially, to accept or send payments, to conduct order completion procedures and send documents and objects of transactions.

  • Data sent to our addresses and e-mail addresses, which is needed to respond to questions asked.

All data provided by users of the website are protected by appropriate security systems and treated as confidential.

The data are stored by the Administrator of the service for the duration of the period in which services are being provided and in case of your consent, until the moment of its withdrawal, restriction or other actions taken by you in order to restrict this consent,

  • In case where the data are necessary for the execution of the agreement – for the entire duration of its execution and over the period necessary for vindication of claims and in order to fulfil obligations imposed by the law, e.g. tax obligations.

  • In case where the legitimate interest of the Administrator is the basis for data processing – over the period of existence of this legitimate interest.

Details are never made available to other entities, excluding the situations described hereinbelow. We do not transfer the data to any third countries.

Data collected by the website administrator may be made available to other companies and persons only on the basis of the data subject in order to:

  • Provide a service ordered by the user – the data will be transferred to persons cooperating with the website to the extent needed to complete the order, under the obligation to maintain confidentiality.

  • Provide a service ordered by the user – the data will be transferred to the hosting company that manages the data collection server and enables continuous access to the service through the Internet on the basis of a data processing agreement.

  • Fulfil accounting and tax obligations imposed on the Administrator of the service – the data will be transferred to the accountancy office or company on the basis of a data processing agreement.

  • Provide a transportation service, deliver an invoice or the subject of the order.

  • Make payments via www.payu.pl and www.paypal.com - the data will be transferred to the company operating the intermediary website.
  • Protect rights, especially copyrights and economic rights to the website, including in order actions resulting in prohibition to publish recordings which have not been fully paid up, whose field, extent and time of operation are not complaint with the declaration made by the user during placement of the order on the website.

  • Recovery of any potential outstanding payments whose due date was exceeded.


All data collected may be disclosed upon request of authorised institutions, that are the Data Protection Office, law enforcement agencies and officers of the court. In case of legal infringements or infringements of the website’s terms and conditions, the administrator will provide the data to appropriate authorities.


  • With regard to the processing of your personal data by our company, you have the following rights:

  • the right of access to the entrusted data, including obtaining copies of these data,

  • the right to data rectification,

  • the right to data erasure,

  • the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority in charge of the personal data protection,

We inform that in order to exercise your rights, it is only required to send an e-mail to the following address: office@mikrofonika.net or by post to the address of the service Administrator. A request to delete the account is univocal to prohibition to publish or use any personal data collected. The website reserves the right to store unpublished archival materials and those collected for statistical needs of the website.

Any changes in this policy shall be sent to the user immediately, to the e-mail address indicated.
